Used Rhino and Grasshopper to draw the curves and extrude, and later expanded a portion of it using cage edit tool.

Used RhinoNest plugin for Rhino to slice and layout the pieces.

Used Illustrator to “print” at the laser lab.

Glued the pieces together using cyanoacrylate(Super Glue).

Fastened velcro straps on using hot glue.
