I started my object with a twist project before the re-creating object project. For my twist\u00a0object, I went to a model on Thingiverse that I had collected a while ago with hopes to print it.\u00a0I\u00a0altered it by reducing the mesh to a low-poly form and making\u00a0geometric alterations to the ears.\"Screen<\/a>\"week3blah\"<\/a>\"week2_process3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The result is my rendition of a Kidrobot Dunny toy. Dunny is an art\u00a0toy, designed by Paul Budnitz and graffiti artist Tristan Eaton.\u00a0http:\/\/sites.kidrobot.com\/dunny\/<\/a><\/p>\n

For my reproduction of physical object project I decided to recreate another Kidrobot art toy, the Labbit. Labbit is an expressive rabbit toy with a mouth that accommodates various accessories, designed by graffiti artist Frank Kozik.\u00a0http:\/\/www.kidrobot.com\/collections\/smorkin-labbit<\/a><\/p>\n

It was really difficult to smooth out all the irregular and organic shapes of the Labbit’s body, so I ended up with some tumorous lumps that I couldn’t quite work out.<\/p>\n
