Digital Flo$$ proposal:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

To use the motion of someone wearing my prototyped jacket. The movement of a particular arm through the wearing process. I tried to first use an Arduino Flora with an Accelerometer + Compass but, had trouble connecting and reading the data. So, Jaskirat suggested a mobile application ( ).\u00a0I got the .CSV data and plugged it into Rhino.<\/p>\n

Next, I combined the CSV data <\/a>on rhino with my metaballs in Grasshopper<\/a>. I wanted to created gold nugget earrings to project the “flo$$” aspect of this project. The goal was to create jewelry based on the movement of wearing a garment. The link between matching the clothes you choose with certain jewelry.<\/p>\n

Lessons from the experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I want to get better acquainted with Grasshopper to create more physical objects. Watching tutorials helped learn some basics. I couldn’t have done all of this without the following people: Many THANKS\u00a0to Jaskirat, Aaron, and Zac<\/em>.<\/p>\n
